Provide leadership to branch managers and staff, fostering a positive culture, and overseeing recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Manage and monitor branch budgets, ensuring financial stability and accountability, and provide regular financial reports to the board.
Collaborate with the board to set policies and programs, maintain communication, present reports, and engage with community stakeholders to build strong relationships.
