Today, the members of our Cerritos Triathlon Group attended the La Palma Fitness Run for Fun’s 5k challenge to get extra training on July 4th! Our fastest time was Joe with a 20 minute 5k.
If anyone is still interested in signing up, it is completely free, other than the USA Triathlon Membership that goes to USA Triathlon.
