XFYD is holding a very successful online Python class, set to run from March 3rd weekly until March 31st!
Python’s readability and ease of use make it an excellent language for beginners to develop programming, critical thinking, and algorithmic thinking skills. Python has also seen wide usage in the industry for web development, data analysis, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and automation, making it a valuable skill for career opportunities and further exploration of advanced topics within computer science. Overall, an introductory Python class not only equips students with essential technical skills but also nurtures a mindset of curiosity, creativity, and lifelong learning in the field of computer science. By teaching foundational programming concepts and practical skills in Python, this class introduces students to the technology sector and enables them to contribute to its growth and development.
Completely free of charge, the XFYD Python Class class takes beginners, from complete novices to students with experience in block coding, on a journey through Python, giving them a solid foundation to advance in the subject. The class covers Variables & Math, Functions, Input, Loops, Lists, and Conditionals in a highly engaging format, through weekly lessons that involve online Gimkit and Kahoot games. Taught at a comfortable pace, all students eagerly participated and were able to engage in this class.
